About MindMosaic Inclusive HR

Creating inclusive workplaces through education and organizational structures so that all neurotypes can thrive.

Meet Lisa Lewis

Lisa Lewis, CPHR

Hi, I’m Lisa Lewis, CPHR, founder of MindMosaic Inclusive HR. My personal journey profoundly shapes my work as an HR professional and behavioral science enthusiast. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I discovered a new lens for seeing myself and the world. What I once saw as "just me" gained context—challenging biases and sparking deeper curiosity about neurodiversity.

Having traveled and worked across 40+ countries, I bring a global perspective and a commitment to continuous learning. I embrace the intersectionality of neurodiversity with gender, race, privilege, and beyond, recognizing that inclusion is a shared journey.

Let’s explore the power of our differences. I invite you to a free 30-minute virtual Q&A session to discuss neurodiversity, miscommunication, and ways to support a more inclusive workplace. Together, we can create workplaces filled with learning, laughter, and grace.

My Values

Empathy

Listening with compassion and striving to understand others’ perspectives is at the heart of my work. Empathy is about recognizing the humanity in everyone and using that awareness to create meaningful change.

Connection

Everything starts with a genuine connection. When we feel seen, heard, and valued, magic happens—teams thrive, trust grows, and real change becomes possible.

Inclusivity

Diversity enriches us all, and we're dedicated to creating spaces where individuals can show up as their true selves. We learn to embrace differences, get curious about biases, and find ways to hear and value every voice.

Humour

Life is too short not to laugh. Humour is our secret weapon for easing tension, sparking joy, and reminding us that we’re all in this together—even when things get tough.

MindMosaic Inclusive HR

At MindMosaic Inclusive HR we contract specialists who are experts in their field when an additional service would benefit the organizations we work with. We are proud to collaborate with organizational coaches and other HR professionals who excel in the neurodiversity space.
